POSITION OVERVIEW: Wealthcare Capital Management LLC, an innovative financial planning technology and Wealth Management company is seeking an Advisor Operations Professional in our Richmond, VA office, to define and manage new Advisor on-boarding and support processes for various business lines, as well as manage and streamline daily operational processes and client documentation. This candidate will work with our Advisors, as well as members of Wealthcare's senior management team and all divisions, to manage the delivery of superior Advisor and Client service.

LOCATION: Richmond, VA

COMPENSATION: Competitive, based upon experience

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Take an innovative look at current processes and needs, and define best practices.
  • Managing tasks and priorities of Portfolio Operations team
  • Creating efficiencies in Portfolio Operations workflows
  • Creating various reports & analysis for Management and Compliance
  • Working with Compliance and Legal on Client and Advisor Contracts and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting advisors by obtaining resolution to client or advisor inquiries in a timely mannerv
  • Reconciliation between custodial data and our Portfolio accounting system
  • Processing distributions from client accounts
  • Completing, processing and tracking new account paperwork
  • Maintaining physical and electronic files of client records
  • Periodic client correspondence mailings and some client correspondence creation
  • Reviewing trade executions to confirm accuracy

SKILLS/QUALITIES:

  • Self starter who can define service needs of clients and create solutions and repeatable processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience and familiarity with various types of investment securities, and account opening & account transfer terminology required. Must have or be able to obtain Series 65 within three months of start date. Prior experience with various custodians (or specifically LPL) is highly valued. You will work in a team environment where skill flexibility and aptitude to cross-train with other areas of firm is highly valued. College degree strongly preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW: Wealthcare Capital Management LLC, an innovative wealth management and technology company, is seeking a Product Manager who is primarily responsible for the Wealthcare Advisor experience and practice management. This candidate will work with our Advisors, as well as members of Wealthcare's senior management team and all divisions, to understand and address the needs of the firm's Advisors and manage the delivery of the firm's Advisor growth objectives. Ideally, the candidate will have direct experience in financial services, specifically working with Registered Investment Advisors focused on Goals Based Wealth Management, and have experience working in a fast-paced, high growth entrepreneurial environment.

LOCATION: Richmond, VA

COMPENSATION: Competitive, based upon experience

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Liaison between Advisors and internal Wealthcare teams to help coordinate, define, deliver and track our RIA services for Advisors and their clients
  • Central point of contact for Wealthcare with existing Advisors
  • Candidate must embrace Goals Based Wealth Management and the current industry movement, be able to understand the Wealthcare financial planning and investment management process centered on our Financeware technology platform, and be able to articulate and train advisors as to its benefits in practice management
  • Collaborate with key strategic partners(Marketing, Technology, Ops, Compliance) to ensure a consistent experience (i.e. advisor on-boarding) and delivery
  • Execute advisor practice initiatives by defining needs, identify goals, design programs, & lead execution
  • Identify relevant industry research, trend offerings, pricing and statistics in the Advisor community and establish regular dialogue with WC Advisors.
  • Lead efforts to identify case studies/best practices/marketing requirements that inspire and drive Advisors new business growth
  • Coordinate advisory committee meeting that inspire action and impactful change
  • Work with advisors to better understand how to drive adoption and utilization of key functions to achieve better business results
  • Respond to all advisor inquiries in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of the financial planning industry, experience developing and delivering financial plans and advice to clients
  • Previous success in training and communications
  • Proven experience providing innovative ideas and implementing solutions to meet advisor objectives
  • Managing project action items, risks, issues and all project deliverables through all phases of deployment
  • Generating agendas, minutes, facilitating meetings, and driving projects through all phases from conception to deployment.
  • Primary communicator with the sponsor and key stakeholders on project issues, including executive level and interdepartmental presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 4+ years product management experience
  • Proven experience in advisor customer service, education, marketing, or sales

POSITION OVERVIEW: Wealthcare Capital Management LLC is seeking a candidate for the position of Software Engineer at our headquarters located in Richmond, VA.

LOCATION: Richmond, VA

COMPENSATION: Competitive, based upon experience

REPORTING: This new position will report to the CTO

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Build high quality, robust software
  • Work closely with project lead to understand requirements
  • Learn quickly and be able to work independently
  • Communicate clearly and effectively
  • Develop code in all tiers of the application from JavaScript/HTML to C#/VB.net to SQL

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 6-10 years .Net experience - C# or VB.net in a web-based environment
  • In-depth experience manipulating XML
  • Working knowledge of SQL and stored procedures
  • Demonstrated knowledge of web services
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with JQuery
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Object Oriented design

FINANCEWARE MARKETING, SALES & SERVICE SPECIALIST

POSITION OVERVIEW: The new Financeware Marketing, Sales & Service Specialist will be part of a team responsible for marketing, selling and servicing Wealthcare's Financeware financial planning software solutions business for financial advisors, featuring the patented Comfort Zone® methodology. Initial focus will be on servicing current advisor clients, developing digital self-service & education features, creating differentiated marketing & communications, managing lead generation analytics, and selling software licenses to advisor prospects. Later focus will be to encourage Financeware onboarding, engagement, loyalty and referrals leading to opportunities to up-sell advisor clients to Wealthcare's RIA turnkey asset management outsourcing practice.

LOCATION: This new position is based in the Company's headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.

COMPENSATION: This new position will receive a competitive compensation package tailored to the candidate's experience level including a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and the potential for a bonus incentive.

REPORTING: This new position will report to Noelle Owenby, Wealthcare's AVP of Marketing.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, forward thinking, customer-centric, team player who is eager to learn quickly, adapt and multi-task as needed, and help create and implement changes that significantly improve the Financeware advisor experience, the competitive positioning, the marketing, sales & service efficiency, and ultimately the growth acceleration of software license revenues.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the financial services industry in marketing, inside sales and/or customer service roles working ideally with independent financial advisors.
  • Track record of eagerness to learn quickly and contribute as part of a winning team.
